Group Sales policies for the Casino du Lac-Leamy (10 to 19 people):

• Handling fee is 12$ (Québec-Ontario), 18$ elsewhere
• Tickets are sent Express Post

Please note that tickets can be added to a group that has been paid, but a handling fee may be charged a second time.

Example of surcharge discount:

• Charges for 10 billets bought in the call center: 66$
• Charges for 10 tickets bought as a group: 39.50$

If a group is not paid in time, the reservation could be cancelled without warning. For groups that book less than 30 or 45 days before the event, only credit card payments will be accepted by phone (no reservation will be made).

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds possible unless the show is cancelled.

• Reduced service fees of $4.00 per ticket
• Payable by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS
• Handling of $12.00 (Quebec-Ontario), $18.00 everywhere else
• Tickets are sent by regular mail Xpresspost

Reservations policies:
The payment of the transaction will be due 30 days after the reservation has been done with a maximum of 30 days before the event. For exemple: A reservation made on  February 4th will have to be paid before march 4th.  In the case of the show being on March 5th, the payment would be due on February 5^th.

Checks Certified Checks or money order are accepted.

N.B. Tickets can be added to an order after payment is complete and an additional handling fee can be charged again.

Reservations can be cancelled without notice if the payment is not completed. All last minute purchases must be paid by credit card.

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds possible unless the show is cancelled.

• Handling is 12$ (Québec-Ontario) ,18$ for other provinces in Canada
• Tickets are sent by Xpresspost

Here is an example of what can be saved on service charge by purchasing through group sales:

• Service fee for 12 tickets purchased with the group sales hotline : 38.40 $

Service charge savings by purchasing through group sales:

• Service charge for 25 tickets purchased through the call centre: $116.25
• Service charge for 25 tickets purchased through group sales: $42.50

« Le Balcon » can add, on demand, a show to its programming if your group is already formed. You will then have the priority and the choice of the show.

Up to 20% off on slected shows: Big 3rd episode, Une fête pour Boris, Do Animal Cry, Icaro et Poetic: a Ballet Brut

• 1 free ticket for each 20 tickets purchase
• Reduced service fees of 2.00$ per tickets

N.B. Tickets can be added to an order but the handling fee might have to be charged again.

The payment for a reservation will be due 14 days after the date the reservation has been done with a maximum of 14 days before the event. For exemple: A reservation made on March 1st would have to be totally paid on the 15th of march. On the other hand if the show is march 14th the payment will be asked march 1st.
